Summary
This book is about a girl named wedgie woman and two little boys named George and Harold, the main person in this book is Mr Krupp, or his real his super name captain under pants.
In novel captain under pants is attacked by a villain named wedgie woman, wedgie woman uses her hair to give people wedgies, but the person she wants to give a wedgie the most is captain under pants.
Wedgie woman gave everyone on earth a wedgie, she does this because she goes and ask dum information about were captain under pants lives.
