This book was about a man named Mr Krupp.
Mr Krupp was the most annoying person in the world, so these two boys named George and Harold made him a little bite better, I say that because George and Harold used a 3-D hypnotise ring, the most weird part was that the two boys were still in kindergarten when they hypnotised Mr Krupp.
When George and Harold hypnotised him Mr Krupp turned into a super hero, and that's how captain underpants was created.
Summary
The story began when this Evil person wanted to destroyed captain underpants, and his name was Tippy tinkle trousers.
The funniest part about this dude was when he wanted to destroyed captain underpants, then he got arrested, so he could not get to punch captain underpants in the FACE!.
The villain did not give up he went to prison and invented things to destroy captain under pants.
